Prosciutto Wrapped Figs & Dates

Prosciutto Wrapped Figs and DatesI like doing this with figs and dates so you get a choice. The dates get creamy warm and the figs have a nice little pop and a sweet crunch.


  • 12 large dates pitted
  • 12 large figs trimmed
  • 1 slice prosciutto per date/fig
  • 24 wooden toothpicks


Soak the toothpicks in a dish of water for about 15-20 minutes so they don’t burn during cooking.

Wrap each fig and each date with a slice of prosciutto and secure with toothpick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
