Curry Pork Chop
You can soak these little babies a couple of hours before you grill them so they’re great if you have guests- just pull them out and slap them on the grill when you’re ready. Adjust the amount of heat you want with them with both the paste and the addition of cayenne pepper.
Marinade
- 1 tsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 inch piece of ginger minced very fine
- 1 clove garlic minced very fine
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
Preparation
Let a couple of beautiful chops soak in this marinade for a couple hours and then grill on a hot bbq for about 4 minutes each side- flipping only once. In the picture, I also grilled some apple slices to serve with it. They look beautiful and taste even better. Pineapple also works well and is a cool addition for your mouth if you like your chops spicy like I do.
Prep Time: 2 hours 10 minutes (includes 2 hr marinade time)
