Spicy Artichoke Dip

Spicy Artichoke DipThis dip is super easy and can be made ahead of time and then baked when needed- leaving you more time to socialize…… Increase or decrease amount of chili flakes according to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes drained
  • 1  1/2 cups light sour cream
  • 1  blackened jalapeno
  • 1 blackened red pepper
  • (blacken under the broiler or on the bbq)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • salt & pepper
  • sprinkle of chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Dump everything except the cheese into a food pro and blend until semi-smooth (You want a little bit of texture)

Spoon mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with cheese. Bake a 350 for about 20 minutes, or until browned on top. Serve with fresh bread.
